Infancia Sin Frontera (ISF) is a Spanish NGO (Non Governmental Organization) founded in October 1998. They carry out there operations in ten countries to help the children of those countries with the motto of "Children without Boarder". After the most disastrous Tsunami of 2004 ISF International selected Sri Lanka to help its victim children of tsunami and children.
The Sri Lankan Project is located in
Ahangama, which is a coastal area in the deep south of this country.
The Sri Lankan Project is carried out under four dimensions as,
Nutrition Program for School Children
Healthcare program for School Children
Professional Education for School Leavers
Caring Disables
The Scope of this project is a long
term one. The master idea behind this project is to empower children
with Education, Nutrition and Healthcare so that these children will
break down the barriers of poverty and will race there family standards
for a bright future and be a well disciplined, honest and educated citizen
of ones country with a capability of facing any challenges in life.......
I am Mohamad Infas a Student of I.S.F. Hotel School of the 13th batch in the House Keeping Section.
Although a Muslim nationality I had a great passion from my young days to join this hospitality industry.
I was able to gain a lot of knowledge regarding it from my principal and lecturer Mr. Lionel Boteju.
I am very grateful to him, to giving me the chance to follow this course. Today Tourism is rapidly developing in Sri Lanka.
The knowledge I have gain within these five and half months regarding this Industry is vital, as I gained the volume of knowledge on Tourism.
I take pride in serving in this industry........
I’m a student of front office class during this 5 month we have learned a lot of things.
we have improved our language skills & computer knowledge.
We were not familiar with German language but today we can speak German.
Thank you very much for our German lecturer & all the teachers for their dedication enthusiasm.

I followed this course in the food and beverage section.
My lecture was Mr. Darshana Jayasingha , to whom I really grateful for all the knowledge I gain in this Hospitality Industry.
In the five and half month of this course I should proudly say that I gained the lot of knowledge.

Healthcare program of ISF Sri Lanka is carried out by providing medical assistant to children of selected Government Schools, Pre Schools and Orphanages. We use the service of a dedicated and well qualified MBBS Doctor and a well-trained nurse to execute the operations in this program. Along with that we maintain a medical dispensary to provide all the required medicines to children free of charge.....
Under this project we maintain a Hotel School with the objectives of assisting school leavers to get a proper job in Hotel sector in Sri Lanka or abroad by getting the right vocational education. Our training center is located at Panchaliya Maha Vidyalaya, Panchaliya, in the Galle district.
